Men's sexual health is usually determined by several factors. These factors include the following:

* Physical Health

Men who are physically fit and healthy generally have better sexual health than men who do not look after their diet or practice regular physical activity. Weak cardiovascular constitution, underdeveloped muscles, and poor blood circulation also contribute to poor sexual health. A weak body is also more prone and susceptible to infections which can weaken a man's resistance to sexually transmitted diseases and infections.

* Psychological Health

Contrary to popular belief, a man's physical constitution is not the sole determinant of sexual health. Often, some sexual problems are direct effects of a man's emotional problems. For example, it is commonly observed that physically healthy men who suffer for erectile dysfunction have a serious lack of confidence or are riddled with anxiety performance disorders.

* Social Activities

Men who are in monogamous sexual relationships are at lesser risks for sexual problems compared to men who enter polygamous relationships. Drug addiction also puts a man at a greater risk for infection especially if he uses intravenous drugs.


The Best Waist Exercises to Lose Those Love Handles
Nearly everyone would agree mens fitness is important and that they could stand lose a little weight around their waist. It seems to be a place where fat accumulates and gives an unattractive look. There are, however, a few exercises that target this area specifically and make toning the area easier.

The Bicycle Crunch
The bicycle crunch is one of the few exercises that uses the full range of abdominal muscles. To start this exercise, lie on the floor. Put your hands on the back of your head. Raise your feet so your upper legs are perpendicular to the floor and your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle. The lumbar area should be pressed firmly to the ground. To start the action of the crunch, contract your stomach and raise your head and should from the ground while keeping your head with your arms. This will prevent undue tension on your neck. The more you lift your head, the more effective the exercise will be. Just remember to keep your abdominal muscles tight during the entire exercise.

To move properly during the exercise, you will need to turn at your hips so your head and shoulders face left. Keep your abs tight during this process while your head and shoulders are raised off the floor. While you are doing this, stretch your right leg out so it is slightly above the floor and bring your left knee so it touches your left elbow. Reverse these movements and turn at the waist to the right, making your left leg straight and bringing your right knee up to your left elbow. When contact between the elbow and opposite leg occurs, one rep has taken place. To start the next rep, turn to the left and reverse your legs. When you do this exercise correctly, it should appear you are riding a bicycle. This will improve life fitness and do wonders for your sexual health


The Side Crunch
The side crunch exercise isolates the oblique muscles by bringing together the ribs and pelvis in a “crunch” like movement. This movement targets the side abdominal muscles and is a great waist exercise to get rid of those love handles. To perform a side crunch, you need to lie on your right side with your legs extended. Cross your right arm across your waist. Your right hand should lay on your left side. Put your left fingers behind your left ear, with your elbow pointing toward the ceiling. Then, contract your abs and lift your right shoulder off the floor. At the same time, you need to raise your right leg about a foot off the floor. Be sure each side crunch you perform is pointed toward the ceiling and not in a falling forward type motion. Slowly lower your limbs and repeat the process. Do the same number of reps on the opposite side. There’s no doubt that love handles are anything but loved. With these two simple exercises, you can easily work the fat off in no time. The key is to consistently do one or both of these exercises nearly every day for a few months to see results. You will be happy with your new body and happy that you chose to focus on waist exercises to make your mid-section look better.
